Came to the U.S. in 1995, thinking America was a heaven on earth. It was indeed, comparing it to her home town in Vietnam. Yet, it was far different from the heaven she imagined. America is a great country fills with good opportunities for hard-working men & women. In this country, she earned a Finance degree from GA State University and currently working for Airgas located in Lawrenceville, GA.

Born and raised in a developing country has given her the sympathy for the misfortune people around the world, especially those are still in Vietnam. She feels very blessed to be here. She sometimes wonders to herself

“where may she be, what she maybe doing right now if she were still living in her homeland.”

Such feeling is flaming inside of her, it urges her to do something for the misfortune people. She is glad to be part of this nonprofit organization to help the poor, the disabled, the sick and the orphanage by giving them a chance to live, to work, to learn, to walk & to see again.
